Richard is committed to his customers, plain and simple. He wants to make your entertainment space something you and he can be proud of, and he won't stop trying to do so, even after you've paid him for his initial design, that you sign off on. We're waiting to see how the end cost fits in our budget, but Richard is willing to spend the extra time to tweak things in the design as needed so we end up with an in budget and beautiful result. We used Envision Landscape Design to create our backyard outdoor living space and design our landscape for the entire property. We were blown away by the patio design. They are extremely creative and listened to what we wanted to create our dream outdoor living space. Very professional and accommodating, even meeting with us on several Sundays at our request. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone thinking about a patio, landscaping, or any outdoor project.

I have a great landscape design featuring everything I wanted in a landscape. It isn't installed yet but the design is great. Also, Richard is very easy to get in touch with and was very patient through my numerous changes.

Our property backs onto a golf course and other than a couple of small gardens bordering the patio, the back yard was simply a wide open space. It needed some privacy but we wanted something more than that. We wanted an attractive and inviting back yard and Richard understood our desires right from the beginning. We sent him photos of our ideas and he took those designs and created the most amazing back yard for us. Far better than I could ever have imagined. We purchased our home knowing we would be making several updates, upgrades and renovations. We were undaunted at the prospect, until we turned our attention to landscaping. We had owned/renovated homes in several states and several regions of the country. But we had never undertaken a massive landscaping project until we moved back to Michigan after 20+ years of living elsewhere. Our house sits on 3 acres; there had never been any real attempt at converting the wide open space into a cohesive, inviting, beautiful homestead. And because the soil is SO sandy - something with which we had never dealt - our early attempts were lackluster, to say the least. Rather than waste any more time, energy and $money$, we made the decision to hire a professional to guide us in a multi-year plan to transform our property from an open field into a beautiful sanctuary. Most of the landscape professionals made a cursory visit, glanced around the property and rendered a "plan" that was typically pencil-drawn on graph paper. Not being avid horticulturists, we had absolutely no idea what the large-, medium-, and small-sized circles represented visually....I'm sure they mean a lot to folks who instantly know the difference between a juniper californica and a juniper virginiana, or the size and shape of these mysteriously-named evergreens at maturity, but it was all "Greek" to us. LOL..Then we met Richard Incrocci with Envision Landscape Design. Our initial visit took 2-3 hours. Richard asked several questions about our overall design aesthetic and life style. He really took the time to get to know us on a personal level. But the piece de resistance was when Richard demonstrated the 3D imaging program he would use in building our design. Bam! We knew we had found the help we needed. Once we agreed to terms, Richard spent approximately an hour surveying our property and capturing images of the house from several vantages and elevations. During the interim period between initial and final visits, Richard kept us updated with his progress, requesting feedback to make sure he understood our vision and that his efforts were fulfilling our goals. When we finally met to see the finished product, we were truly impressed, but - believe it or not - we were not finished. Richard's 3D program allowed us to do a virtual walk-through of the project from several different vantages points. We were able to walk up to thefront door from the driveway. We could walk from the back deck to the pool. We could see the various plots from above, below and at 180 degrees (+) rotation. (EDIT note: not sure of the claim as to degree of rotation; please make necessary corrections). We were even able to see our new landscaping at various times of day/night, season of the year, and level of maturity. Richard had fully thought out the mix of plantings to ensure visual beauty and context throughout the year, as colors shifted with the change of seasons. He created design elements to overcome specific landscaping obstacles, deter pests, and increase privacy. Andwe were able to edit the plan "on-the-fly" to add a splash of color, swap out plantings, and amend the outdoor kitchen and entertainment space. In short - oops, too late! LOL...The ability to view a landscape project in 3D cannot be overstated. Richard's professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail is unsurpassed. Richard did a great job helping us plan our dream escape areas for our yard. He created a very nice front garden area near the front door to create a welcoming walk up to the door. He also helped us design a retreat area in the back so that we can escape the cares of the world and enjoy a quiet, beautiful, relaxing area. His software helped us to “see” it better which was terrific since I don’t visualize in 3-D very well. He impressed me with his faithful follow ups, finding examples and pictures to show us what he was thinking to be sure he understood our desires as well as to help us expand our ideas into more pleasing and fulfilling options. He has been so kind and caring as we went through a very challenging family situation during the planning stage with him. I would highly recommend him for all your design needs.

While consulting with us, listening to our wants and needs, he designed the landscaping plans for the area around our mailbox, house and pool area. It went really well. Richard was pleasant and patient throughout the whole process. The software he used really helped bring the landscape to life. This was really great, since it really helped me "see" what was possible. Although we went with a simple design for our small home and neighborhood, this should not undermine his talent.
